    GRAPHIC: UF Tech Service Delivery Changes

    Delivery of several tech-related services were modified due to the university’s response to COVID. Many of these changes will continue through the fall semester. Among the services with revised processes are:

Appointments, which were previously held in person, are now held virtually. After scheduling your appointment, you’ll receive a Zoom invitation to add to your calendar.

    The Apple Service Center, located inside the UF Bookstore, is open for walk-in assistance. Note that masks are required in the Reitz Union building, and all checked-in devices must go through a three-day quarantine period before an Apple certified technician performs repairs.

    The UF Libraries are currently closed but providing online support during COVID-19. Students can contact a Subject Specialist or use the “Ask-A-Librarian” chat service for assistance with research projects and assignments. The Walk-up Pickup Service for collections is available by appointment until libraries reopen.
